well went to bed around 12:30 last night, got up at 9am-feeling pretty solid, not too out of it, good morning so far. guzzled some protein and aminos and popped 1/2 tab. im already startin to feel it a little but as soon as i hit some cardio and abs here in a sec, ill be bouncin LOL

-im tryin the 1/2 tab thing before cardio like i have mentioned before just to make sure i feel like im getting the same effects as taking 1 tab with the cardio, just kind of testin diff things out.

day 22

woke up early today, started a new job, and needed to get my morning cardio in, so soon as i woke up popped 1/2 tab and hit the treadmill. ive decided im going to wear a sweatshirt while i do this in the morning to increase intensity/sweating and its damn cold when i wake up.

felt so good after only 15 min cardio ha, then got ready and hit work. had damn good energy throughout work untill about lunchtime i think it started to kinda fade but i was fine the whole 8 hours. right after work i popped 1 tab and hit the gym. Chest and Bi's today w/cardio after.

man i had a good workout on Bi's. my definition is coming in so swell these days, its about time. im thinkin the E-911 has helped no doubt in the fat loss process.

thought-now with this new job, if i ever start to feel sluggish i like knowing i can just popped a tab or a half or whatever and get lifted right back up, gonna be a big help!

had i really good sleep last night. got around 7-8 hours. woke up around 730am and popped 1/2 tab. waited for it to dissolve and hit the treadmill. only 15 min this morn. thats all i really need to get me awake and goin. i love it.

to anyone who isnt a morning person, if you do 10-15 min cardio first thing waking up, with medium intensity or higher, i promise you you'll be awake and have plenty of energy without ur cup of coffee.

i felt good throughout the whole day so didnt take a tab till about 630pm when i was gettin off work, then hit the gym.

legs today. def helped to get me goin again after work, which can affect workouts big time. im gonna buy a bottle for sure when im done with this one. such an easy source of energy(i say that a lot)

nothing but happy with this product

well time to grub and sleep, later

slept hard last night, i was beat. no cardio this morning, so i popped a whole tab. helped a lot cause i was rushed off to work. i needed a boost and it gave it. i was slugish at work a little around lunch time so had 1/2 tab and it got me goin for the rest of the day. loved it.

back and tri's tonight...

It seems it opens my airways open almost like clen and i take more air in making my face cold

what up michigan,

bro now that i think about it, i kinda do. thats like the first thing i notice every time im startin up the cardio, like the first few minutes it feel like my airways are opening up per say, and i do get a sligh cold feeling in my face

ha thats weird, i didnt think anything of it till you said that.

got fresh sleep last night, prolly 8 hours. woke up at 730am, popped 1/2 tab like usual waited a sec then hit the treadmill. only ran for like 15 min today cause i didnt want to risk gettin late to work.

but i sure felt it, woke up me nicely! went to work and i started feelin a little slugish from all the computer work and training ish, so popped another 1/2 tab. just the right amount to help me get through couple more hours.

after work i went straight to the gym and popped 1 whole tab. its nice getting to wait like a whole 30 min to let it really get in your system. warmed up on the bike, then hit chest n Tri's.

ive been cuttin my rest time in-between sets to like 60 secs tops. so intensity rises and with the boost from the e-911, its def been helpin more than usual. hit mad sets on bench, incline Dbs, flat flys, incline flys, dips and hit Bi's hard right after. i personally like the isolation i get with chest and Bi's.

its about 10:20pm and i still got energy ha. still no jitters or crash to report of this whole time.

didnt lift yesterday, tuesdays usually my day off. got decent sleep last night like always, woke up bout 745am and just laid in bed for like 15 min LOL.... i wanted to sleep all day. so i hurry and popped a tab while i was lying there and wait for it to wake up me.

bout 15 min later i felt good and continued to hit some quick cardio, as i was running behind schedule. felt fresh by the time i got to work and had great focus throughout most of the day, started to linger away around late afternoon, but not bad!

after work i hit the gym, popped another tab on the drive over. only hit legs tonight, i wanted to do shoulders as well but i jacked my wrist up on monday, as ive had wrist problems in the past. but shit i killed legs, i wanted to use up as much energy i could cause the E-911 gives plenty. squats/ham curls, extensions, calve raises, stairs for me tonight. felt great.

after the workout im still feelin good, im hoping to get tired within the next 2 hours or so cause im gonna try to get some good sleep tonight.

thought- i have been noticing the focus side of taking this, just based off of all the work ive been doin at my new job, ive been lovin it!

i was dead as shit last night from legs, knocked me out into a coma sleep, over slept of course. popped a tab right when i woke up and just did some push ups and such to get the blood flowin and wake me up a bit. no cardio cause i did legs last night and im sore as a mofo.

had really good energy today, i didnt even need to pop another tab during work. i just used sugar from fruits to keep me goin.

after work popped another tab and headed to the gym. quick warm up and then smashed back/Tri's. couldnt go as much for tri's though cause im wrist is still jacked up, but gettin much better. i was dead though after back, i swear my back workouts are my toughest ones, im breathin harder then on leg days.

great energy though throughout the sesh, still feelin it, but i cant tell it will slowly wear off in a little bit.

almost out of the bottle so this could possibly be my last week sad.gif
its all good though, im placin my order for more soon as im out, stuff is too handy!

The airway opening sounds about like what ephedra did for me. I loved that feeling. It felt like I could fully breathe and expand my lungs while running. Hey have you had the t-911? If so, what are the E-911 tablet size in comparison to the T-911 size?

woke up at 7am today, had to go take my car to the body shop to do work on my rims, before work. popped a tab quick upon waking up, i was tired. i felt it for sure by the time i got there, so in like 15 min. i was talkin up a storm to the people there like i was coked out or something LOL.

popped another tab at like 5pm, while at work, cause i was strugglin , i was startin to feel tired. woke me right up and im feelin good now.

this stuff is a straight booster for quick energy!

day 35

well i got good sleep last night but my damn alarm set itself an hour back for daylight savings, but thats not even till nov.1st, so anyways i was an hour behind schedule this morning cause of that bullshit!! i had to shower quick and head out the door, while doin so i popped a tab.

by the time i got to work i was buzzin gooood. no breakfast which sucked ass, only a protein shake, but i felt it a lot more with no food consumed at all , untill 12:30 pm for lunch, but all day i felt like ihad plenty of energy, it was different, but i liked it.

after work popped one more tab and hit the gym, chest and bi's tonight. smashed both of them! my strength isnt where it was a couple months ago cause of this "cut" but i def am enjoying the results. Bi's seem to be gettin a little stronger though, im training them diff.

ran after lifting for bout 15 min on an incline, killed me.... but im still feelin fresh from the tab earlier. i have like 5 tabs left so the ends is near sad.gif
