Recommendation: As a dietary supplement, dissolve one tablet

Dosing- I have a pretty high tolerance to Stims/PWO powders so I'm gonna take 2 when I wake up around 8 am then 1 before I work out.

Diet- Pretty solid, 6-7 meals a day around 3000-3500 cals a day.

Cardio- I don't do much cardio. Maybe twice a week for about 20 minutes.

Taste:
I like it at first. Reminds me of an altoid. Not a big fan of the taste when it starts dissolving. Gets kinda chalky feeling.

Energy:
Pretty good. I like being able to get out of bed, not leave my room and put the tab in my mouth. Then I lay back down and let it dissolve while still waking up. Pretty convenient for us bums out there. Shit woke me right up.

Overall:
Workout was pretty good. E-911 definitely helped me focus more. Energy was solid, I want that cracked out feeling though. I'll give it a couple days with two when I wake up and one right before I workout.

I use it pretty often for preworkout energy or times when I just happen to be dragging. I doubt you'll get the cracked out feel w/ it. At times, I'll ever do 1 1/2 tabs and the effect is increased but not to that extent. Other supplements can do that, but a lot of guys don't like that feeling.

I don't care for the bouncing off the wall feeling, but would rather have a "dialed in" kind of focus where I can get through a workout or a day w/o feeling frazzled or like I'm really trying too hard.

Popped one when I woke up this morning. Nice easy wake up. I really like how convenient this stuff is. I'll update later on my WO.

So far guys really enjoying this stuff. Took one yesterday when I woke up, one before my WO then I dunno why but, I decided to WO again after I got home from work at around eleven. Took one then also. I am by no means saying the reason I worked out twice yesterday was because of the E-911 but, it definitely helped me get through my second WO. Good stuff so far, does exactly what it says it will do.

Taking today off, still took one when I woke and i'm gonna take one before I go in to work tonight. Still hate the taste though haha

Maybe try taking it with an altoid or another strong minty substance of some kind? You could change the taste to a better taste if you just eat it with something.

Sorry for the lack of updates been a little busy. Works been shitty lately, then my little brothers 21st b-day was this weekend so I had to get him bombed. Back on track though.

Decided that there's really no difference in taking 1 when I wake up rather then 2. So im sticking with one when waking/1 PWO/ maybe one before work.

Getting used to the taste, doesnt bother me at all any more. Had a real good WO today, chest/shoulders. Took 50mg ephedrine with it before WO. Felt pretty wired, might do this for a little while if its all right?

No problem Colin. I can stick to just the E-911 if need be. I honestly think that adding in some ephedrine will only benefit the E-911.

So for the past week i've been taking 3-4 pills a day. One when I wake/one or two during my WO/one before or during work at night.

Taking two during my WO gives me tons of energy. I really enjoy this stuff especially on heavy days.

About to go WO now, legs today. So i'll update later tonight hopefully.

Ephedrine will def. add to the effects but can also cloud the specifics of what you're getting from the product you're testing. it's always tempting to add things to the mix, but usually best for the sake of the log to keep it simple.

Yea, the ephedrine definitely made a difference and I believe it would be a good stack. I'm sticking to what Colin wanted though, so just straight E-911.

Woke up around 9, felt kinda groggy so I took two tabs upon waking. Still felt shitty, probably just the weather changing. Did arms today, felt pretty good,had a good pump going on.

Notes:
I expected this stuff to lose its potency through out the bottle but, luckily it hasn't. Same solid energy whenever I take one. Good stuff LG. I really think this would be huge for a PH cycle to combat the lethargy some give you. Not to much caffeine in it to be a problem.

Well first off, thank you LG and Colin for allowing me to log this product. Got real busy this past month and pretty much forgot all about this log. My fault completely. I'd just like to give my final thoughts on this product so I don't look like a complete donkey.

THOUGHTS:

I really enjoyed this product first off. It did exactly what it said it would do. Good sustained/jitter free energy. That means a lot to me because a lot of companies put out a lot of products that we all know, do absolutely nothing! I recently purchased another bottle of E-911 and will be taking 25-75mg of ephedrine with it. This should be a pretty good stack especially with my busy season at work(UPS). So overall...

OVERALL:

Sleep - Time and Quality- 9/10 It actually kept me up pretty late the first few days
Mental Alertness/Focus-10/10 good stuff
Energy- 10/10
Motivation- 8/10 big help for the mornings
Pump and Vascularity- 7/10 pretty good pump, nothing crazy but just enough to keep me moving
Appetite-8/10 App was pretty good, no real changes
Overall Sense of Feeling - 8/10 If I took 3-5 pills a day I would feel kinda weird but, I think i have a pretty high tolerance for this kinda stuff so my body adjusted

Once again thank you for the oppurtunity LG Sciences. I promise if I get the chance again to log a product it will not be like this. Great product however, gotta love products that do exactly what they say they will do!
