With all of the training philosophy out there I was wondering if anyone out there is currently using the DC method (doggcrapp training) -using basic compound exercises, training intensely, and using
only one TRUE work set emphasizing rest/pause. My strength has DEFINATELY
shot up on my bench-20lbs, squat-20 lbs, leg press-40 lbs, and machine row-50 lbs...AWESOME gains considering I had plataued in all of these exercises while using the volume method. Not saying that volume training DOESN'T work...just that I 've had much greater success with this style of training. I'm curious to
see what others that may be using it think.
