I have a couple of questions for everyone...

I am about to finish my first cycle in years, in which I used Test Cyp at 350-400mgs per week. I saw some nice gains, but nothing drastic. When i finish with the cycle, I will do a week of HCG and then 4 week PCT with Novla 40/30/20/20. Once finished, I plan to start my next whis will be

Test Cyp 400mgs per week weeks 1-12
Deca 350mg per week weeks 1-10

I saw some nice gains with the Test alone, Will adding the Deca make a noticible difference?

I have never stacked AAS before and have never taken Deca, will this be a good Next Step cycle after just the Test?

Also, Has anyone ever had a problem with hamstring cramps? In the last few days, I have had a cramp that comes and goes in my right hamstring, it comes and goes, when I am sleeping it is the worst. I have been eating the crap out of bananas and I drink atleast a gallon of water a day. I stretch and stretch, but cannot get rid of it. Today I did legs and had to stop halfway through Hams because the cramping was too bad. Anyone have a cure or anything that can help?

I wouldnt even cycle off if your going right into another cycle immediately after pct.

If your using deca at 350mg your test needs to be higher i would say at least 500-600mg to avoid sides.

Save the hcg for the end of this cycle depending on how much you have. Run the last 4 weeks of cycle then hop into pct.

But if you do pct for current cycle i wouldnt even use hcg bc you were using a very mild dose and the boys arent shutdown that bad

Cramping issuses happens. Eat better, take your vitamins and drink alot of water everyday day will reduce cramping issuses.

Stretching also helps

Try taking 500-1000mg of Magnesium before bed it stopped my cramps completely. Most athletes are Magnesium deficient Calcium tells the muscle to contract and magnesium tells it to relax.

I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around [the banks] will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs. —Thomas Jefferson, 1802
