In my addiction log I will provide various reviews on LG products and samples.

Ill try to be as real as i can descibing my feelings and results on each

As of right now i have a full bottles of E 911 , T 911 , Speed V2, I-GH-I that will be reviewed

Really looking foward to the results with you all

I would like thank Warren and Lesile at LG for providing with this opptunity!

Height: About 6ft
Weight: 220-225
Bodyfat %: Id say a heathly 14% all abs visible
Training Style and workouts/week:One muscle group a day generally with cardio 3x week
Nutrition: Pretty simple About 1lb meat per meal smile.gif
Meal 1 Eggs and oatmeal
Meal 2 Chicken and sweet potatoe
Meal 3 Fish and veggies
Meal 4 Shake and almonds
Meal 5 Chicken/Steak and sweet potatoe
Meal 6 Fish and veggies
Meal 7 Caseien shake and cottage cheese
Short term goals: Increase cardio endurance, strength and drop lil bf while bulking
Long term goals: If i stop getting hurt I want to compete in Bodybuiding and Powerlifting

Basically first day nothing to crazy

Morning - 1 E-911, 1 T-911, 1 Speed V2
Mid day meal 1 T-911, Speed V2
Before workout 2 E 911, Speed V2
Bedtime 1 T-911, 4 I-GH-I

Ive taken both E 911 and T 911 samples and felt effects in about 10mins defiantly a nice addition and boost throughout the day and workouts

Kinda bummed about how many each bottle tho
The I GH I only has 110 caps and says take 4-8 before bedtime so i could have either 26 or 13 days. Im a big so i want to take 8 but will be taking 4 hopefully i get some noticable effects!

Took Saturday off and smash sunday night

Had a hard time falling sleep taking 2 E 911 around 8

I think you should try maybe only dosing T911 that late. I love T911, but it definitely can keep me awake just with the yohimbine it has in it. E911 is probably not the best of ideas any time past 5 pm. I know you probably know this by now, but it might be best to switch some dosage times around to get the best effects. Remember sleep helps solidify some gains you will be making on these products as long as it is good quality.

Yea i just changed that up i didnt sleep but 2hours the last 2 nights
Been dragging alot in the mornings should change my mood alot!

Week 1 Recap

Sleep - ITs been really good the last couple of nights but it was horrible before bc i was taking T-911 before bed keeping me up.
Mental Alertness/Focus Its up overall nothing to crazy.
Energy Through out the day amazing but then i crash hard evening time
Motivation - Normal
Mood/Aggression Normal
Stress - Bad week
Libido Slightly evalated
Joints - Same
Endurance E 911 helps alot for endurance opening my lungs up
Strength - Normal
Quality of Training 3 out of 5 Its getting there
Pump and Vascularity - Pumps are pretty decent
Muscle Hardness/Density Feel a lil fuller might be placebo
Body Composition and Look - Well taking 3 months easy i look like shit
Appetite - Diet right now is probably at 3 out 5 next week it will be a 5
Overall Sense of Feeling - Personalilty this week has been shitty so anxiety with yomibe and caffiene dont help

Only got in the gym 3x this week sad.gif

Next week I ll have alot more time to train and focus on reviewing these products

Last 3 days ive have pretty decent workouts

I believe the speed v2 has been giving me jitters through out the day and really killing appetiete a lil to much

It s probably also my body just getting back in to the groove of eating non stop every day.

I feel like ive been forcing 3 meals down a day extra that my body doesnt need

Anyways this week I ll be lot more desciptive on my workouts and feelings etc.

Questions ask Ill answer them to the best of my knowlegde!

Alright sorry all i have been really busy lately, internet has been down, and vacation


I am working on some videos on the products and will do final write up on each probably tomorrow.
