ok am i reading the analysis right..as its hard to see even on my lcd mac monitor..is that 90% poly 70%cat and 50% egcg's?

if the egcgs are that high it looks like i would only need 2 grams for 100mgs of egcg's.

That would explain why the NOW brand is about the same price here, even though it's capped. Thanks.

40% catechins
60% polyphenols

1Fast bulk powder:
70% catechins
90% polyphenols
100g cost = $14 (bulk)

If it's 50% egcg, then you'll only need 200mg to get 100mg ecgc.

Is there a rec dosage for 1fast bulk green tea powder?

sorry missed a "0" i meant a 1000 egcg's ..u can have all the poly's and cat's u want thats the highest standardized extract for egcg's i have seen.beats NOW's hands down easily

Your numbers are correct, the extract is 50% EGCG.

I would have thought that as stated on the spec. sheet that the extract is 90% Polyphenols of which 70% are Cattchins of which 50% are EECG so 0.9 X 0.7 X 0.5 = 0.315g EECG per 1 gram of extract powder. Therefore as 400mg EECG is stated as the min effective amount per dose, then about 1.2grams of extract powder is needed per dose.

That sounds like it would be great. My fiancee just switched from the VasoPro to AppliedNutrition's Liquid-Gel Cortisol Hunger Control™ & Liquid-Gel Green Tea Fat Burner™ and has found them to be much more effective. AN's products are $3.96 per 30 gel-caps at WalMart.

But it doesn't list what the EGCG or catechin/polyphenol percentages are. I have left a vm with the company requesting a call back with the details.

I'd be interested to know if there really is a difference in effectiveness/absobtion with the liquid-gels as opposed to dry powder caps as well.

I've tried them myself, but haven't noticed any effects (but then I'm resistent to most pharmaceuticals).

I hate to mention non-site brands, but I'm really looking for the best/most effective product

Ordered this powder, very pleased with the FAST delivery. I have an extremely strong stomach but this stuff is a challenge. I have to put my mind in a "happy place" after drinking it to keep my food down. The best way I have found is in a small glass with honey and warm water. Drink it like a shot and have chasers ready.

Questions: I have read that milk products fight with the effect of the green tea extract. Correct?

Also, would vinegar mess this up? I take shots of raw vinegar and honey. Will keep the GTE and vinegar separated if they conflict, don't want to waste my revulsion investment.
