Did you not read what LOKI just said??? You need to educate yourself before you start this cycle. M1T Is WAY strong for a firsttimer. Also do you even have a PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) ready to go??? Also, if your just starting to work out (Again?), gains will come fairly quick at first. Your body, Your Call |

I am "iggnorant" to these things, but trying to educate myself, through reading articles, and asking questions.I already have the M1T that's why I was questioning the use. |

| Stop taking the M1T, and go to the doctor and tell them to check out your liver!. Its not just a "supplement". You should have done some kind of research before just going out and buying M1T!. Are you trying to hurt yourself or help yourself?. Don't be so ignorant and blind!. Don't just go putting anything into your body thinking it will make you big!. Thats just danerous and dumb!. Sorry if I sound like a jerk. Its just that its people in your situtation, and people like you that contribute to causing bans on perfectly safe substances because the way you use them. M1T is not a substance to be taken lightly, its not considered a "supplement". You can't just take it like its a fucking vitamin!!! |

18yrold, 19yrold, 20yrold, 30yrs old whatever..Just make sure you have paid your dues before taking any prohormone..And research. You should have a solid foundation before you start them & the pro steroid information to match. The fact of the matter: You shouldn't even have M1T in your house if you don't have the proper PCT, liver and prostate supplements. Good luck bro. |

| All right people - take it easy. Freshstart, listen to the advice of everyone here. You can make some very solid gains without M1T at this point. If you want to use a steroid/prohormone start with something else - S1+ or 1-AD+4-AD is a good choice. Although you should still do a lot of reading before starting with those, at least messing with them without knowing what you are doing is less likely to cause long-lasting damage or other problems. Start by reading the prohormone information sticky at the top of the supplement forum. Now, there are plenty of other supplements you should consider first. These include: 1. Creatine. 2. A protein powder - preferably a blend of whey, casein, and perhaps other proteins. Use this for two meals a day (and, if you don't already know, you should be eating six meals daily). One of the protein shakes should be after your workout. 3. A preworkout carb/protein supplement - like one of the Xtreme Formulations products, or even just some pure whey protein and/or some dextrose before your workout. 4. A multivitamin. 5. Other supplements you might want to take include: Acetyl-L-carnitine, alpha lipoic acid, taurine, and some extra vitamins and minerals. After you have taken all of these and gotten your training in order over 6-12 months - then I would start researching prohormones and steroids. Trust me, you can still gain a lot of mass, in a short period of time. But keep in mind that patience is also a key attribute. |

| Freshstart.. if you continue taking the M1T like you are, you're gonna hop off the cycle and find yourself with some huge bitch tits and a messed up liver. If you don't listen to anyone else here, please listen to this: 1. GET SOME MILK THISTLE (protects your liver) 2. GO GET SOME NOLVADEX (Also known as Tamoxifen Citrate or Liquifen [do a google search to find where to buy.. if you can't find it plz pm me.. don't hurt yourself anymore]) after you complete your cycle here's how you take the nolvadex... 40mg every day for 1 week, 20 mg every day for the next week, and 10 mg (optional) the next week (this will protect you from developing gyno or "bitch tits". VERY IMPORTANT: do not take the nolva while on cycle or do not cycle another time while taking the nolvadex.. completely get off your cycle and take the nolvadex |

| I think everyone is being a little rough on the guy. He's trying to get info, and it is a lot easier asking than reading everything on the net. I do the same thing. Now bro, they're right you should've had a little more patience before you started. But I feel that if you stick with a low dose, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, and use Milk Thistle plus 6 oxo you'll be fine. You may lose some gains, but keep working hard. And don't let these guys worry you, just because you don't know everything in the world about it doesn't mean you're liver will die or anything. Goodluck bro. Keep me posted how you do. |

| Exactly. Keep it to 5mg and drink lots of water. Try not to drink alcohol too. If you MUST I would keep it under 4 beers tops and consider that a mistake and try to never drink. I had a few beers once on M1T and noticed I got real drunk quick, so you can tell it does impact your liver. You have to remember though, that getting hammered on lots of beers or whiskey is also REAL bad for your liver. |

Ok my questions to this are: What type of creatine product do you recommend? What type of protein supp do you recommend? I read up on Beverly product that has multiple sources of protein versus just simple whey. Is this one you would recommend? Xtreme Formulations? ok so HSN Driver is a product I am interested in purchasing. Form what i read, this would be excellent for nighttime protein! Is this good for all my protein needs? Or should I be looking into a CFM whey like ON whey protein for pre/post workout or Ultra Peptide by Xetreme Formualtions? Thanks bak |

Pre-workout I would just use whey. Post workout I don't think it matters as much, you can use slow or fast protein, as long as you take it right after you are done working out. |
