Hi guys, I am a novice weight trainer and have been working out for almost a year and a half. I have recently hit a wall and decided to take
M1T, I just need some advice on taking it, as of right now. I am taking 2 pills day,
one after breakfast,
one after dinner, I am also taking
liver care alongisde and not using any
other supplements outside of regular
protein shakes. I also bought TribOxo for my
off cycle so i dont have to deal with gyno. I have split the 80 capsule bottle with my friend and am planning on doing either a 20 day cycle of it or diong a two week cycle and then just doing an extra 6 days after two weeks. I would really appreciate some help on this.
