I bought this because I heard it helps prevent acne and oily skin that sometimes occurs with the use of certain supplements. I am 100% satisfied with the outcome of using 4-5 gms. e3days. I haven't had one pimple since I started taking this stuff. Skin is a lot less oily. Bottom line: Its dirt cheap, its a vitamin (no adverse side effects) and it works!!! The taste isn't all that great, but then again neither is having pizza face.

I only take it every 3 days. If you want to take it everyday consider using 5 gms your first day and then 2 gms/day maintenance until the acne-causing culprit is out of your system (e.g prohormone). Warning to anyone trying to take this is just put the powder in your mouth and swallow, you can always chase it with something to take the bitter taste away.

I know what you mean about the taste. That is why I had to order a Cap Em Quick. B-5 worked good for me and cut my acne by probably 75%. I started using BP cream once daily and now I get 1 new zit a week at most which is pretty good when I was used to waking up with at least 1 new zit every morning before I started the B-5 and BP.

I take 2 00 caps of B-5 in the morning and 2 at night.

I've been using B5 @ 5g/ed since november and I haven't had a single zit on my face/chest since. My parents are amazed at how well it works, considering they told I was wasting my money on 'vitamins' to try and clear up my acne. I never had a big problem with zits but my face was never 100% like(like it is now). Only thing it didnt help with is my bacne, which I've had since I was about 15-16.

how do you get it to be 5gr (or 2gr) exactly?? Teespoon?? Cap M Quick?

i rather have the bulk powder from 1fast400. So....do i NEED a Cap M Quick or can i use a teespoon? And 2 gr = 1/4 teespoon or what??

Just got my B-5 today and the label says: "Flat 1/4tsp=440mg"

Question: Is it okay to add this in with my Glutamine when I make my protein drinks? Can't imagine why that would be a problem, but figured I'd ask.
