| [PRODUCT]526[/PRODUCT] What is the best way to take this stack. You take 1vasopro+1Tight a day, and nothing else throughout the day? I used to be on EC stack, taking three times a day. How should i take ephedra with tight, or how many times a day and max dosage. |

| Take 1 tight and 1 eph tab 30 min before breakfast and guage the next dose on how you feel. If you are still racey from the first obviously dont take another dose. |
