19
185-190lbs
5'8
15-17%bf
Goal: serious lean mass gain

i've done 2 small cycles (like 2 weeks) of 1-ad, fairly low dose.

i was thinking of getting (3 bottles) S1+ i was gonna do 6 sprays x 2 (twice a day) for 5 weeks then 2 bottles of 6-oxo.

A) opinions?
cool.gif comments
C) advice (on cycle and PCT dosages)
In conjunction i would be using Swole V.2 (since its the only thing i've found that works, but havent tried V-12, or Satur8, so....)
L-glutamine
possibly Liver tabs
Nectar as postworkout protein
and ON's 100% whey
i was gonna add some NO product, but figured i didnt wanna waste $$ on it
been working out for years now, i know supplements arent magic, their there to help essentially its nutrition and exercise
btw with the upcoming ban and all, i was wondering about stocking up what would be best, like buying bulk powders (1-test, 4-diol, nordiol, good stuff) and buying delivery matrix and keeping all that in the fridge?? but how long would the matrix be good for, also anyone know up to how much you can dissolve in the matrix??

now my training i was gonna make my training change at the same time as the cycle...i was gonna change it to 5 days on, 2 off, mix powerlifting in with 6-8 rep, 10x3 for bench, squat, deadlift, military press. but i was also gonna do some westside stuff by doing speed work on other days,
monday: speed bench 8x3, power deads10x3, chins/pulldowns 4x6-8 and maybe throw in a type of row for 4x6-8
tuesday:Speed military press, power squats, leg extensions, leg curls, and heel raises
wednesday: off
thursday:power bench, speed deads, incline db press, pullovers
friday: power military press, speed squats, side lateral raises, shruggs and power cleans
saturday: barbell curls, hammer curls, close grip presses, skullcrushers

all speed work is 8x3, all power is 10x3 (except for cleans) the rest is 4x6-8
taking in 3700-4250 cal 280g protein
tell me what you guys think
thanks

I don't think you need the glutamine. I also don't think you need the liver tabs, I prefer a vitamin B complex product.

For questions to your bulk powders questions check the prohormone FAQ sticky.

Not sure if you meant this comment in reference to David (shpongled), but I think the fact that he penned most of the articles on this website (article as well as forum sticky sections) provides at least someone like me with more than enough confidence to base decisions on his advice!

If you don't want to take advice from people on message boards, then don't post on them.

If you disagree with something I say, then you can ask me why I said it.

If shpongled gave the advice, then you should probably take it. I mean it's good to get all sides, but he is just about the most knowledgeable on here. wink.gif

I wasnt bashing anyones advice, was just trying to get more ppl's advice and get diverse opinions and get this ball rolling...but now that you mention it why drop the glutamine? i've always heard that it was good for you.

but besides that i also wanted advice on the rest of things (training and the other supps)

sorry if you took it the wrong way.

but most likely i will up the sets on my non PL exercises (the ones i'm doing for 10x3 and 8x3) instead of 4 sets 6-8 most likely do 6sets....i guess tell me what you guys think

It's not that the glutamine is going to hurt. It is that it is a waste of money. If you take 50 grams daily you may experience slightly better results. But you'd be better off taking an extra 50 grams of protein.

i guess that makes sense, and most likely by taking in even more protein i would be taking in some glutamine (as much as i would take per day 10g (about))

sound reasoning, thanks. What about any ideas for something else to take to maximize gains while on? you know get the most ammo in my corner, so i have better chances at hitting the bullseye so to speak

what about training? shpongled? anyone?

There isnt too much you can do supplemantation wise to maximize gains. Your best off getting 1-1.5g/lb protein, 2-4g of carbs/lb, and about 50-75g of fat, mostly from monos and some EFAs. Train hard but smart 4-5 days a week. Make sure you squat, deadlift, and have some form of bench. Get 6-8 hours of sleep.

Thats the best way to maximize gains.

I have no brothers, therefore I am not your brother, so do not refer to me as "Bro" Ill ban your ass.

In my routine i will be squatting (even though i prefer hack squats) and benching as well as deadlifting

i wouldnt have it any other way...lol
but yeah for EFA`s going with UDO`s choice oil blend, 1tblsp 3 times a day
food well mostly chicken, fish, and beef, with egg whites, luv milk but a trainer told me it (and every other milk product) slows down your digestion and suggested i stop drinking it instead soy beverage (not as good as 2% or 3.25% milk. what do you guys think of that one?
so i'm looking at 285g protein, 500-580g carbs and 75g fat (i'm gonna bulk while "on") for a total of 4000-4300 calories.

so since you guys havent made any comments (negative ones) can i safely assume that my cycle is a sound one? 5 weeks S1+ at 6 sprays twice daily
