Xtend
I am starting to use xtend pre/during workouts and i was wondering if mixing in my creatine would be legit. Im on TRAC, so i take it before my lifts, and it would make it easier to mix the two together. Any suggestions?

Yes. XTend and Creatine both are good pre And post/during workout so mixing would be good. Also, you probably got the CEE with the XTend? maybe? That would be a good mix too.

Has anyone on CKD or low-carb diet noticed any problems with insulin release from this product? I have experienced it with L-Glutamine in the past, and have heard anecdotally that BCAAs can also trigger.
